Die Terminplanung kann sehr schnell aufgesetzt werden - zudem sieht die Terminseite für meine KundInnen sehr gut aus und die Termine können intuitiv und schnell gebucht werden
Cons
Schön wäre, wenn ich als Seitenowner über einen zeeg Kalender direkt Termine einbuchen könnte, damit die Erinnerungen auch gleich aus dem System an meine KundInnen verschickt werden können - geht zwar mit einem kleinen Workaround auch, indem ich über die Terminseite dann Termine einbuche, könnte aber noch schneller und einfacher gehen mit einer Kalenderfunktion im Dashboard.

Es unterstützt mich bei der Terminvergabe oder der Ausschreibung von Gruppenterminen, die FolloWUp Möglichkeit ist sehr gut. Durch das intuitive SetUp kam ich schnell zurecht und konnte es problemlos anwenden.

Zeeg löst für mich viele Probleme bei der Terminorganisation. Die automatischen Erinnerungen vor...
Zeeg löst für mich viele Probleme bei der Terminorganisation. Die automatischen Erinnerungen vor den Terminen geben mir mehr Struktur und helfen, mich besser vorzubereiten. Mit den Workflows kann ich Folgeaktionen wie automatische Nachfass-E-Mails einrichten. Und dank der einfachen Terminbuchung müssen meine Gesprächspartner keine Terminvorschläge mehr per E-Mail schicken. Alles in allem spare ich mit Zeeg sehr viel Zeit und habe meine Terminprozesse endlich automatisiert.
Pros
Dass Zeeg eine datenschutzkonforme und zuverlässige deutsche Alternative zu Calendly ist. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Einrichtung und Bedienung sind selbst für Laien intuitiv und einfach. Besonders praktisch sind auch die Browser-Erweiterungen, mit denen ich Termine direkt aus meinem Kalender in Zeeg anlegen kann.
Cons
Bisher gab es nichts, was mir an Zeeg nicht gefällt. Im Gegenteil, es übertrifft meine Erwartungen an eine Terminplanungslösung. Egal ob Videoanrufe, Erinnerungen, Pufferzeiten oder Workflows - alles funktioniert sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Selbst nach Monaten intensiver Nutzung ist Zeeg sehr stabil und hatte bisher keinerlei Ausfälle.

Pros
Die Software ist intuitiv und sehr leicht zu bedienen. Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich diverse Kalender mit Zeeg verknüpfen kann, um so Doppelbuchungen zu vermeiden.
Cons
Ich habe keine konkreten Punkte, die mich wirklich stören. Der Slug, den ich ursprünglich nehmen wollte, war leider bereits vergeben, aber ich denke, das ist recht normal bei limitierten Benutzernamen.

Eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, DSGV-Konform und mit einer deutschen Lösung die Terminplanung anzugehen.

Übersichtliches Layout einfach zu bedienen. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Kontakt zum Service-Chat war auch sehr schnell hergestellt und man konnte sofort helfen und das Problem lösen - das war richtig cool!
Cons
Derzeit habe ich noch keine Schwächen entdeckt :) - eventuell wäre eine Anbindung an das jeweilige CMR-Tool hilfreich. Ansonsten muss man seine Kunden und Kontakte nochmals einpflegen.
