> **Pros**: It has made it so much easier for patients to fill out required forms since we are doing more and more telemedicine appts. Before this, patients were very confused and got frustrated easily.

> **Cons**: The only issue we've had so far is some patients' computers were auto-filling info into the name boxes on the forms. But I was able to talk to Stephen and he got it fixed right away. We have not had any other issues since then.

The software is really easy for us to use and it's more intuitive for the patients than having to download individual forms to their computer and then send them back to us.
