> **Pros**: I am a new user to Apploi and so far, my experience has been a real pleasure. I am familiar with a few different recruiting programs, and I have found that Apploi has a fine balance of keeping the candidates organized in status when looking for new recruits.

> **Cons**: The only way I can view the candidates once they have changed status is in the employees tab. 
Otherwise, I am very happy with Apploi\!\!

> Apploi is a very organized program to be used as a recruiter and conduct the onboarding process.
I find the status tabs very useful in keeping track of all candidates and their qualifications. 
Another specific mention, the contact information is accurate enabling us to reach out via call, text and email. This speeds up the time is takes to be in touch.
