> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to use and how user friendly it is. It is also very easy to teach to new employees. I like how they try to think of anything we might need and are constantly doing updates and improvements.

> **Cons**: I don't like how often it goes down even though it has been better in the last few months. I dont like that we get charged for every fax and for eligibility checks. I don't like that when you fax something from a patient's chart you have to close and reopen the chart in order to comment what you just did.

> Overall I think its a great EHR and highly recommend it\!
