> **Pros**: I have paid 4899 rupees to VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd via Razorpay Gateway on 3-10-2024 for Motorola Moto One refurbished but i didn't get my product and didn't get my refund back.

There customer care service are responded 2-3 days and always said that your product will be delivered under 24 hrs . But it didn't happened.
Now there customer care service are not responding.
I have contacted to Razorpay, because payment was done by Razorpay gateway, but Razorpay said they can't help me to get my refund back bcz there have insufficient amount in merchant account.

So never do payment online using Razorpay bcz they never help you if there will be any kind of fraud.
And there client are fraud.


I had raised support ticket many times but nothing happened.

Please help me someone to get my hard earned money.

I have already complaint to Consumer court Service also.

> **Pros**: Razorpay accepts several types of payment methods such as internet banking, UPI, Credit card, Debit card. We can easily integrate the Razorpay API with our merchant website to accept payments from the customers. It only takes 2% fees per transaction. Less approval time for account.
