Room swaps could wind up leaving two reservations in the same room on the same night. > > We originally decided on this software to integrate all departments operations in one system; this did not work out. We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on.
