> **Pros**: With SalesOutlook CRM I could immediately create new entries from the email within the CRM, link it to contacts and monitor sales activities without ever needing to open up a new program. It allowed me to stay within the comfort of my local environment while not giving up the use of CRM.

> **Cons**: I discovered that it took some moments before the calendar and tasks get updated to the latest. For instance, changes made in outlook calendar did not always sync immediately with the outlook bound CRM view that is followed up based on time.
