They release updates regularly and have for many years now, and are constantly adding new features and tweaking others to make them work better. They listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and develop with open source friendliness to make hooking into their systems easy too.  The free version they offer is reat for small businesses, but the software REALLY shines when you are running 10 or more.
