> **Pros**: It is very user friendly, extremely easy to navigate around the different settings and is very clear. I like how it is integrated with Microsoft teams too.

> **Pros**: Aesthetically pleasing and easy to use (for those who engage with tech).

> **Cons**: Team Managers can book on behalf of someone but can't then cancel on behalf of someone. We believe Team Managers and Global Admins should be able to cancel bookings on behalf of other users for instances such as severe illness etc. Also, we would like to be able to set in the background that users cannot change the times for desk bookings in the background for some desks as we don't want them used twice in a day due to Covid. We have raised both these issues and believe a fix is being worked on. 
We do also feel you should be able to remove users from Kadence who are only suspended on AD. We do not permanently delete users from AD, only suspend, which means they will not remove from Kadence. While we will only be charged for active users, this does feel a bit messy to still have employees who have left still on there.

> This has made our lives a lot easier. It would have been a full time job managing the desk and room bookings. The customer service is excellent. We receive very quick responses and Kadence are regularly building the required fixes into the app within good time.

> **Cons**: Can be a little bit costly for smaller group but will be helpful in the long run

> Kadence has been really helpful to me in coordinating work with my coworkers and also in booking a convinient space for work at their convinient time

> **Pros**: It is a clear and user friendly way of booking our desks/parking. I like that is gives you a visual image when booking which makes it clear where you are booking for. 
I like that is links to my Microsoft and I can see when and where colleagues are booked for and be notified on this too. 
The information in regards to my bookings is also displayed on a clear home page and easy to access.

> **Cons**: The thing I like least is due to us all needing to book at the same time each day, there are occasions when I click to book a space but it has already been booked. This is not much of an inconvenience as I can click back and choose another space but the only thing I am able to think of if I had to choose something.

> I have had a very positive experience when using Kadence on a daily basis to pre-book my desk and parking spaces for the office.
