> **Pros**: It's so easy to use- and I like that you can either hold the 'button' like a walkie or push to start and push to end. Certainly has perks over texting- you can speak without dealing with a long text message or dictation errors which can lead to embarassing typos.

> **Cons**: No real complaints\! It could get frustrating when you have low signal but it has been a little while since I used the software so that could be worked out.
> 
> No cause for complaints- great as a team feature so everyone can be on the same page and catch up on a conversation that they might have missed otherwise. Great way to chat with friends too\!

> It is a time efficient application for communication. You can see when messages have been read or listened to, so you know the status of communication. I appreciate being able to forward content to other users. Overall, it's an amazing communication tool that combines voice and text based messaging.
