> **Pros**: What I like most about Google Keep is its ease of use. When using Keep it is very easy to catch onto how to use it. The UI puts everything front and center, making it easy to find the most used features in every scenario.

I also love that Keep is available anywhere I have an internet connection. The app is on my phone, my iPad and my laptop.

> **Cons**: What I like least about Google Keep is that it does not file notes into folders. Generally, folders can help create a cleaner UI , where as having every note show up on the main screen of the app can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times.

> Google Keep helps me to stay organized with lists, especially to-do lists. This is essential for the way that I run my business. I take down everything that needs to be done in google keep, utilize the checkbox features which allows you to slide items up and down in order in a list. That allows me to prioritize the items on my list. After prioritizing my list, I can schedule each item as an appointment in my google calendar.
