It is very user friendly, support is always great, the patient communication is the best and the electronic paperwork saves hours of work. The analytics you can get about your practice are amazing. You can really take a deep dive into your practice to find out where your strengths and weaknesses are\!

> **Pros**: I love how much it can do for you in so many different areas of front office work. I also love that I can view claims and easily filter through what I need. The analytics are one of our Doctors favorites\! We also use the morning huddle every day\!\!

> **Cons**: The only complaint I have is that it only refreshes over night. So When you do stuff to change something, for instance when I close a claim in eaglesoft, it still shows as open in DI, until the next day.
> 
> Other than the refreshing situation, I love Dental Intel we have used it for close to 5 years now and so far it has only improved with time.
