### "Easy to use platform for managing a gym facility" — 5.0/5

> **Aaron** | *29 May 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy learning curve with the platform. Easy to use on multiple devices, makes managing schedules and memberships easy on the move. Very reliable and rarely wishing it was capable of more
>
> **Cons**: Can be challenging to see active members on mobile devices or see statistics. Does require time at a laptop.
>
> Overall very happy with this platform and would recommend for managing a gym facility. Does the job its intended for very well.

### "Good support help" — 5.0/5

> **orna** | *9 June 2025* | Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I love how fast the support team answer my calls and help me out.
Particularly if I have a big task at hand they are great to help.
>
> **Cons**: I would like to have a bit more freedom example if im changing class numbers id like to be able to do it at click of one button across the board. Also the packages clients buy id love if they pulled clients classes from the older package rather then the newer one it would make a lot more sense.
>
> Overall its been good. The guys have been very responsive when I need something done and its really helped expand my business which has been amazing.

### "PHP Gym" — 2.0/5

> **Dean** | *22 April 2022* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I found it hard to find something I actually liked and so did the members\!
>
> **Cons**: I have emailed the staff member with feedback.

-----

### "Ease for Clients" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *28 July 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I liked how easy the system was to use for both myself and my clients, this saved time for us all when booking classes.
>
> **Cons**: I don’t like how the basic package is very basic, meaning to get the real benefits that are advertised you are having to spend a lot more money.

-----

### "LegitFit Customer Service" — 5.0/5

>
> **Cons**: NA
>
> We started with LegitFit in their infancy and since then they have managed to grow and evolve at a really fast rate but still keep their customer service very high.
