> **Pros**: I like that fact that all of my projects are all in one place and at one time , so we can manage the projects in one location .

> **Cons**: There is not much about Chalkstring that I dislike , maybe just getting some updates done a few more times a year but it’s a minor comment , as the updates are down to all the users and who gets a say in what changes are made .

> **Pros**: Easy Templates and when you use it daily its a quick tool for accurate tendering

> **Cons**: because Chalkstring is growing every year we have been advising a lot of futures and they have implemented a lot of it . So complaining about this. I find the way the BofQ are presented not the way the most of the companies in Housing are using it and i build a excel sheet for exporting it into our way of presenting. But i am confident this will be changed in the future . The QS is difficult to use and is not how most companies want it to be presented.

> **Pros**: Choosing Chalkstring was a no-brainer for us, as it’s been developed for a contracting business just like us. We were looking for a solution that would seamlessly link our estimating process with onsite project delivery, while reducing the risk of errors and the time spent interpreting \& sharing project data. One of our business aims was to increase our productivity and control, and it’s fair to say Chalkstring’s enabled us to achieve this and has delivered on every level.

> **Cons**: Because the software is incredibly feature-rich, there is a lot to learn initially. However, once you’re up and running, using Chalkstring quickly becomes second nature.

> The management team are good guys – they own the software IP and genuinely care about their clients and developing the product. They’re always willing to listen.
