> **Pros**: The tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

> **Cons**: The filters are bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of using them they are extremely useful for drilling down into the data you're looking for.  

It would also be nice to export the graphs within the reporting dashboard into PDF and not just excel.

It is great the amount of data that can be collected and the ability to drill down.
