No exclusivity and a very difficult commercial market makes it hard to find value. > > The beginning was good, my team and I followed the recommended way of reaching out to different general contractors. What we found was most of them post their plans to 10 different websites and have no desire to want to actually do any business with the people that are reaching out. After the first few months and going 0/10 on bids with half of them not returning calls or receiving feedback, we began reducing resources spent here. The $1,999 subscription auto renewed even though I had told my rep I had no interest in renewing 4-6 months prior. The emails were buried in spam and fine print, and they refuse to issue refunds. The plans \& drawings are easy to download and perform take-off's from. I believe there is a glitch in the system leaving the project in the queue and confuses our estimating team when one individual has decided not to bid a project, but the other individual does not know that it has already been reviewed and waste time. > > We have been using this program for the past 2-3 years.
