Using spreadsheet style "cells" throughout the program you can easily search for items, or edit bulk items in just a few easy steps. This is absolutely the best billing program I've used. Claim friendly, biller friendly and integrates with a number of different programs\!

> **Cons**: I do wish that there was a patient portal, where patients could actually view their entire statement, print receipts, or send questions. It bothers patients that they are sent a link to make payment but they can't actually see what the balance is for. The calendar is not practice friendly either.
> 
> Absolutely the best customer service of any software I've ever used, excellent training and tech support. As a biller this is my \#1 favorite accounting program\!
