Imports not working correctly.
No API with SafeRide Health as promised. No accountability from Routing Box staff but they keep billing me monthly

> **Cons**: NO API with the broker we do most of our work with. Horrible training sessions with imports not working.

> 8 months of not being able to use the software. Multiple staff changes and movement of key people that are supposed to help with onboarding and implementation.

> **Pros**: Routing box is probably one of the best things we did for our company.  Not only do we use the dispatching software, but we also use their billing software MedBatch as well.  Customer service is always friendly and helps fast and efficiently whenever called upon.  We could not be any happier with this service.  We will be a customer for life\!\!

> **Cons**: The updates\!  Seems like every day, a different update.
