About TOPIX
TOPIX is a cloud-based and on-premise business management software, which helps manage clients, projects, purchases, and finance on a centralized platform. Features include contract management, serial number tracking, cost calculation, activity recording, reporting, and transaction history.
The application enables supervisors to handle customer inquiries, process orders in batches, automatically set prices, apply discounts to orders, and manage promotional prices. Team members can set up appointments with tasks and follow-ups and create event workflows to manage resources. TOPIX’s document management module helps process invoices, index and store documents, and conduct full-text searches to retrieve specific files.
Managers can combine several projects into budgets and sub-budgets and access notes, correspondence, protocols, and invoices associated with it. With its production module, supervisors can monitor inventory, plan resource availability, compare target and actual costs, and determine the requirement of materials. TOPIX also offers integration with various third-party platforms such as AGNITAS, PCS, STARFACE and more.

Pros
Topix ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und lässt sich auch sehr gut anpassen durch Schnittstellen an andere (SAP) Systemen.
Cons
Wir arbeiten seit 2007 mit Topix, sind sehr zufrieden, Das ändern der Buchungstexte in der Fibu ist was aufwendig.
Schön wäre wenn man vorher einstellen kann was man als Text buchen möchte. z.B Firmen Name oder
Kontenbezeichnung.

Pros
Die Software ist einfach, intuitiv zu bedienen und bietet alles was man braucht. Die im Laufe der Jahre zusätzlich entwickelten Module runden die Software gut ab.
Cons
Die automatisierte Datensicherungsfunktion fehlt mir am meisten.

Die Struktur gefällt mir und die vielen Möglichkeiten der eigenen Anpassung.
Cons
Es könnte Benutzerfreundlicher und die Maske vom Design her etwas moderner gestaltet werden. Auch die Kompatibilität mit Apple könnte verbessert werden (das Fenster lässt sich z.B. nicht breiter ziehen).

Das UI des Ticketsystems ist gewöhnungbedürftig. Insbesondere die automatisierten Funktionen (z.B. Rücksetzen des Bearbeitungsstatus) sind wenig hilfreich und verursachen zusätzliche Aktivitäten.
