> **Pros**: Cet outil est facile à utiliser et on peut vite voir les parties qui nous intéressent dans les enregistrements. Nous utilisons cet outil pour les onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs et les commerciaux l'utilisent pour être plus performant.

> **Cons**: Planhat étant notre outil principal de support client, il est dommage de ne pas retrouver directement les enregistrements de Modjo dessus.

> **Pros**: La fonction du transcript est assez impressionnante et est quasiment parfaite. Les tags sont très utiles dans notre métier et la rapidité avec laquelle nous prenons en mains l'outil est impressionnante.

> **Cons**: L'intégration Hubspot a connu des moments difficiles au début. Néanmoins le service client a bien prit en compte nos remarques et notre workflow n'a pas été beaucoup impacté.

> **Pros**: Modjo est facile a utilisé car directement interfacé à d'autres outils commerciaux. Le fait de commenter à des instants précis du call rend son utilisation utile et agréable.

> **Cons**: Quelques bugs de synchronisation au niveau des appels, assez marginaux. L'interface pourrait gagner en clarté, pour retrouver plus rapidement certaines informations.

> Modjo permet de ré-écouter les appels passés, et d'échanger dessus au sein de mon équipe commerciale. Les bénéfices sont multiples : coaching, formation, demander à un collègue comment il aurait géré cette situation... &#10;La reconnaissance de mots permet de classifier les appels par catégorie, ce qui est pratique quand un nouveau collaborateur intègre l'équipe.&#10;On peut également se "corriger", en effaçant les tics de langages, en améliorant des tournures de phrases...

> **Pros**: - la possibilité de s'auto-évaluer sur des appels grâce à de la réécoute &#10;- le partage d'informations précises avec les account executive avant la démo grâce aux commentaires - ça permet aussi de partager des informations non visibles dans le CRM (intonation, réaction spontanée à une question, psychologie du prospect etc.)&#10;- la possibilité de demander des feedback en sélectionnant un passage précis de l'appel &#10;- la partie "Analytics" qui permet d'évaluer son temps de parole VS celui du lead dans une logique d'amélioration&#10;- les barres de recherche qui permettent de retrouver rapidement un appel&#10;- la simplicité d'usage de Modjo
