> **Pros**: The software compatibility across devises and platforms is very impressive.  We have had very, very few connection issues.  File storage allotment is large and you can upgrade as you need for more storage.  Customer service has been particularly helpful, along with the Help pages.

> **Cons**: As with many things from Google, it works best on Google-supported browsers.  Don't expect to get very far running/accessing the Google Cloud from IE.
