The ability to change almost anything in the program, including terms and titles of sections,  is an amazing tool for aligning the program to our team so the software makes sense to our guys right away and is fill with the terms they were already using in their daily work.  And the simplified letter template maker is an amazing way for each jurisdiction to customize resident communications without needing programing or sequel knlowedge.
