> **Pros**: It was very easy to try the product and the commercial structure meant there was no major outlay or commitment to licenses or annual fees (wouldn't have been possible to get off the ground in that case). The customer service throughout is excellent and the promises made in advance were all exceeded. Indeed, the post campaign care was also excellent and there was a real sense of collaboration and wanting us to succeed together.
