> **Pros**: ChowNow is a great online ordering system for a small business.  The fees are minimal for the business and customer so it's a win-win situation.  I like the ability to have a loyalty program and run specials.

> **Cons**: Newer online ordering systems allow for reviews of food items.  This would be a nice addition to the platform.

> It has been great the past several years.  I am trying to switch customers over form Doordash and Uber.
