> **Pros**: The product is somewhat easy to use when it works. I like the fact that we can check inventory and orders that are ready to ship.

> **Cons**: When checking eligibility it will sometimes does not work. I really struggle with getting signed consents to Vaxcare. They are supposed to be uploaded but for some reason they never make it to them. There is no way partner bill so that is very confusing when it comes to who billed what.

> It took a while to get use to their program.
They did go thru a employee change and it was for the better.
Now I get my vaccines when needed and inventory stays correct on both their side and our side.

> **Cons**: Sometimes their website is slow with eligibility checks, creating a longer wait for some patients.

> We have worked with VaxCare for over 10 years and I've never had a problem that wasn't easily resolved.
