> **Pros**: This platform has made it so much easier to secure memberships and donations for our very important cause. Zeffy is very user-friendly and we love that. It doesn’t charge us a fee every time someone uses their card. It has increased our donations from our membership substantially.

> **Pros**: Obviously, it was free. I was concerned and didn't really believe it, but it was true. They make their money from ticket buyers leaving a donation. It provided LOTS of feedback about your sales, your ticket purchasers and more.

One time, they even recorded and sent me a video of exactly how to solve my problem. Another time, they just fixed it for me\! I think if they automated the signup process by asking you a list of questions and then have it set up for you, that would be good.

The learning curve was probably the least favorite. Maybe AI will help them come up with a better, more automated system.
