> **Pros**: The software is really easy and organized to use. One of the best things about this software is, great customer support. They are willing to help me out and even they are willing to fix things by my advise, which I was greatly impressed.

> **Cons**: As a graduate student who has gone from community college to university and graduate student, I think the most important part for students to know is about transcripts. I would say some functions, like transferring the transcript and analyzing those things, could be better for students\!

> Overall, this is a really easy to use and helpful software\! Great customer supports too.

Those were the small things that had happened as we deployed for our school. However, the team was extremely helpful and responsive through it all.
