> **Pros**: The tool is highly flexible, intuitive and easy to use and set up. CYS' customer service is grand. The team's efforts pay off when it regards to features being added through time.

> **Cons**: When we launched our first project the dashboarding features were still in beta. Hence, wasn't able to fully grasp its potential. Since early this year they've come online and look promising.

> Our focus is on healthcare. We use the CYS system to significantly shorten the feedback loops of knowledge exchange between practitioners. Simply, because the upside needs to be captured. The potential of the tools as it stands already allows us to make this happen. Not to mention the personal support from the team.
