About Viewpoint
Viewpoint is a cloud-based timeshare management software designed to help vacation ownerships handle properties, clubs, payments, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and more. Administrators can access the report library to gain insights into resort activities and export them in CSV, PDF, or Microsoft Excel formats.
Using Viewpoint, businesses in the timeshare industry can manage single or multiple homeowner associations' (HOAs) account details, contracts, and documents on a unified platform. Resorts can re-assign work logs in case of staff members' unavailability, customize CRM data fields and track or audit data changes across owners' details. Vacation ownerships can also offer discounts for early payments, handle check-in and out processes and collect maintenance or management charges in multiple currencies.
Viewpoint facilitates integration with various third-party exchange companies, property management systems, and point of sale (POS) solutions. Resort owners can also utilize the white-labeled portal to access documents, manage contact details, and more according to requirements.

Automation is key for us. This new to us as well, as everything was manual. Lots of room for...
Automation is key for us. This new to us as well, as everything was manual. Lots of room for errors... This system gets it all together and a lot of potential once you learn it. It takes ALOT of time though. And, you need to be certain the information you are transferring to them is compatible and consistent or you will have lots to clean up. Overall, we are very excited to be into it almost 1 year (from when we went live). We are almost all cleaned-up. Now to open it up to the owners to book, pay and update online.
Pros
Full automation capability; support from the team.
Cons
Hours are just a little difficult at times. Yet the support is really GOOD! We are 7 days per week being in the management/hospitality industry. Mon- Fri doesn't work in some cases.Time it takes to put it all together; and though we are good NOW, and still learning - it is a full learning curse ~ I mean curve :)

Very positive. Huge investment by industry leader results in very powerful, yet easy to use system.

Pros
Everything is included and it runs on Amazon Web. Backups, security etc. are all handled. Customer service is fast when needed. Reports and processes are highly automated.
Cons
They are working on feature for rentals through RCI which will allow rentals on RCI.com. that will be great.
