We can export our timesheets into the exact format required by our payroll provider, so that our hours are accurate and we can process payroll faster. I would love to see more affordable options for smaller organizations. I’d also love to see more integrations. We were told from the beginning that syncing directly with ShareFile was something that could be done, and three years later, we are still waiting on that integration. I would also love to see some focus on perfecting existing features alongside developing new AI features. More customization and design options for the white-label app would be great as well, so companies can make the experience feel more uniquely their own. Finally, more video tutorials and communication around new features would be extremely helpful for those of us who manage our own systems. The customer service is fantastic although I don't need it much anymore, they actually reached out to me to see if I was having any issues because I hadn't reached out to them with any issues. The way they personalized the software for me and the business I run was great and very appreciated. During my busy season it is hard for me to communicate how they prefer to but they were more than willing to accommodate my very specific needs again. > > Teambridge definitely did what I needed.
