The UI is clean and logical, the documentation is thorough, and the BigCommerce integration is exceptionally deep (to the point where ShipperHQ adds fields directly to the product edit screen, which is rare for third‑party apps). Live LTL integration works flawlessly in the U.S., and even when a limitation exists (like unsupported live LTL quotes for certain Canadian carriers), their implementation team has been willing to step in and build table rates at no cost. Once configured, the system is very stable, accurate with dimensional packing, and reliable over the long term. > > **Cons**: Pricing and plan limitations are the biggest frustrations—ShipperHQ aggressively nickel‑and‑dimes for features, with hard caps on carriers, origins, rules, and “advanced features,” all of which are only fully unlocked on expensive Enterprise plans. Shipping discounts or promotions are locked behind Enterprise plans, forcing merchants to discount products instead of shipping.
