> **Pros**: SMS Magic integrates seamlessly in Salesforce.  SMS Magic does all the initial set up to create the Process Builders to Task the right people and have the conversations show up in the right page layouts.

> **Cons**: You have to really watch their billing.  It rarely matches what you are quoted but they will fix it when you point it out.

> We have used SMS Magic since about 2017 and they have enabled us to send 1-1 and 1-many messages, via Campaigns, to all of our audiences.  Very simple to use messaging capability within Salesforce itself, too.
