> **Pros**: Troy group provided great instruction on the information required so they could complete the configuration remotely.  Due to different types of printers, it took some trial and error on our part to fine tune the watermark.  The implementation was very easy on our end and only took adding a network printer to each computer.

> **Cons**: Have not found anything negative about the software thus far.  It has allowed us to meet the requirement for secured prescription printing with very limited setup or configuration on our end.
> 
> The original installation was very straight forward without a lot of surprises.  We have since installed the updated software on a new server and was able to copy config files which made the new install very simple and up and running within minutes.  Troy Group technical support has been very responsive and able to provide a resolution in a very timely manner.  The few issues we have experienced have been hardware issues on our end and not software related.

> **Pros**: The Troy Group's SecureRx product is a great solution for printing secure prescriptions.  Prior to this option we had specific prescription printers that took special paper.  The Troy product uses our regular printers, toner, and paper which makes prescription printing easy and affordable.
