Tiene un excelente soporte tecnico. Es una excelente opción para mí consultorio.

Es muy fácil de utilizar y de rellenar.
Almacena muchísima información, se pueden subir archivos adjuntos.
Los espacios y los formularios son intuitivos.

> **Cons**: No es una aplicación nativa. Se puede descargar una especie de WebApp con Chrome, sin embargo una aplicación para movil (Android/iOS) o equipo de cómputo (Windows/macOS) vendría genial.
Hay formularios que no se pueden quitar y que para una especialidad o subespecialidad no son realmente útiles.

> **Pros**: Los conocí; creo que en los inicios de Nimbo. Hice una prueba piloto para migrar el expediente clínico de mi papá; y al final, fui yo quien se quedó con ustedes. 

Me gusta mucho su facilidad de uso; más que todo. Poder utilizar la plataforma desde cualquier dispositivo. Tener buena presencia digital.

> **Cons**: He pedido asistencia para que me fusionen 2 fichas de pacientes y no me han completado mi solicitud "por motivos de seguridad". 
Contraté Nimbo Marketing y hace ya meses que no me buscan para hacer retroalimentación del servicio o áreas de mejora. 
No me gusta que ahora es mucho trámite para descargar recetas que se mandan por correo. Me gustaría que adicionaran la opción para mandar recetas por vía WhatsApp; ya que hay muchas personas que no utilizan correo electrónico.

> Siempre he estado satisfecho con la plataforma. Cumple mejor de lo que hubiera esperado. Pero creo que se ha estancado en varios aspectos y/o no me permite personalizar más de lo que yo quisiera: formatos de recetas; partes de la historia clínica; la copia de recetas anteriores tiene también varias fallas.
