What is Yordex?
Yordex is a spend management software that helps businesses of all sizes handle expenses, suppliers, subscriptions, invoices, approvals, and more on a centralized platform. It allows supervisors to set up and track spending budgets across specific invoices, purchase orders, and recurring payments.
Yordex enables staff members to create custom supplier on-boarding forms, automate supplier approval workflows and provide them with real-time order and payment status updates. It lets employees convert quotes to invoices and automatically match them with relevant orders using optical character recognition (OCR) capabilities. The smart expenses module allows finance teams to track missing receipts, capture payment details, and monitor all transactions in real time.
Yordex comes with an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as NetSuite, Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Dynamics. The approval workflow functionality enables managers to receive alerts before due dates and track approval terms, documents, and discounts.

Pros
The virtual cards are very useful in terms of data protection and security, we also like to be able to see how the money is being spent for general expenses by all the employees that have been using it. It has been good to know exactly what kind of purchases our company does on a daily basis and how to optimize the use of company cards.
Cons
We are not able to see like in a bank statement how the funds have been spent up to date, this would be a useful tool, we can either see the purchases or the card expenses. We will also like to see an app in the near future so the software is more easy friendly for our employees.

Very easy to use. Considerably reduced admin compared to our previous supplier. Customer service has been excellent.
Cons
Receipt of cards has on occasion been slow. Detailed reporting is good but obtaining an oversight report for the master account is less simple.
