> **Pros**: Over-all feedback. The solution is effective for faster order processing of our highly digitized format  Purchase Orders or direct orders. It gives us efficiency and capacity gains in our deployed countries. 

Support- The Omprompt IT team deployment is easy to work with and very responsive for any troubleshooting. 

System- The capability is always dependable and we rarely get a downtime or missing order.

> **Cons**: The normal issue we have is the limited offering for OCR solutions since it cannot read the PO if the format changes. You need to pay if there are changes in PO format.
