This is helpful when projecting out work and building a tech's schedule. The technician's mobile app clearly had a lot of time and research put into it and it shows...it is intuitive to use and clean. The one-click invoicing has been an incredible time saver for the billing team and was an immediate improvement we saw. Overall, we also were drawn to BuildOps' customer focused model and the attitudes of their team members. Every member of the BuildOps team was knowledgable about their product and ready and willing to answer any questions and take as many meetings as needed to make sure we were making the right decision and throughout the implementation process. The built in quoting module has made getting quotes out to customers and tracking outstanding quotes so much simpler. > > **Cons**: The dispatch board while good still has a bit to go to be great, if you choose to release calls individually there is only one way to do that when there are so many other actions that we are given 2-3 ways to accomplish them. We also wish we could arrange the names on the dispatch board ourselves instead of being locked into alphabetically. Editing an already active service agreement is also kinda clunky and requires some repetitive data entry and could be improved. > > Overall, our experience has been positive. There are certainly things we learned along the way that we wish we did differently during implementation but overall we are happy with our purchase and feel we made the right decision for our business moving forward. The customer support team is incredible and very responsive when we have issues or questions. They are constantly making updates and improvements to their product based on the requests of their users which is what you want to see in a software that is the heart of your business. Our biggest hesitation was how our field guys would feel about the change.
