Like most software, there is some learning curve and if you've never used a tool, you'll need a few minutes to understand context and to figure out what you need to meet your objectives. > > Kandji was one of the easiest platforms to get going. We had a few initial goals in mind, first was to get a good out of the box experience with new Macs, and once we linked Kandji with Apple Business Manager, that was done. Second was to enable Mac users to use their Okta credentials on their machines so we didn't have separate usernames and passwords and, Mac accounts adhered to our organization's complexity policy and change requirements. Third was to enforce encrypted hard drives and to escrow the keys. Besides the extensive knowledge base, I found that customer support was knowledgeable and helpful, they helped me to go through some scripts that allowed me to fully customise my profiles. I can now update and patch my iOS and MacOS devices with complete effortlessness.
