Once set up, their internal team for the calendar and property features are helpful. > > **Cons**: the breezeway assist team is not helpful in set up, and not helpful once set up, there is also much less self-instruction available for this feature, and I would therefore not recommend it. In my case, each rely took one week to get an answer, and messages have never come in correctly. out of about 250 messages over two days, only 3 came in / were attended to. > > It's a good and basic calendar and operation organization tool, and if this is what you need then this is the right fit. For the price of that feature, it works. a lot of manual input is needed right now. They are working on features that let service providers set their own hours, which will then make automating assignments much easier.
