Guru is well suited for capturing processes. In our company it is essential for all things including Onboarding and Off-boarding Procedures. We have captured processes for all departments including the IT department and this has proven essential as our company grows it helps to have our processes written down for all to follow and find any time.
Pros
It is easy and manageable
All in one for capturing processes and staying organized
New AI feature is amazing and super helpful!
Cons
I would also like for comments made not in editing mode but directly on a Guru card to stay attached to the areas that it was highlighted and attached to. Often times they don't attach and makes it hard to follow.
I would also like for any comments made during edit mode to not be deleted.
It would be great export and import Guru cards from different workspaces. Currently working on merging 2 workspaces and this has proven a challenge.

Cons
More specific about providing resolutions to customers, and keywords to find the correct workflow needed easily. And have a responses that we can provide to our customer.

Pros
Cards being available in multiple board groups means we don't need to copy and paste knowledge around.
Integrations with teams is used regularly.

It's working well for us. Even if staff fall behind on verifying documents, it's still a great brain dump for company information.
Pros
I like how simple it is to explain to new staff how to use Guru. Also being able to set different verification dates and owners of certain documents is great.
Cons
Sometimes the exporting to a PDF is not the greatest as the picture sizes can change and rotate. A great feature to add would be to add page breaks for when they are exported to a PDF.
