> **Pros**: With the help of Tenant Ledger, managing of the leases or payments for the property became less of a challenge. The software is great at updating the charges of rent and fees so as to ensure I do not pay for the wrong date and the tenant portal was also a boon for tenants.
> 
> **Cons**: The main problem was in the manipulation of some payment schedules. If a tenant asked for an extension or a change in the frequency of payment, the software was not able to handle it as fluidly and there is need to intervene.

> **Cons**: The font is done in a very small print. It is also easy for errors to show up on the ledger and a process to revise.

> **Cons**: Despite appearing well featured, many of the features didn't connect or update throughout the application. Help documentation was not fleshed out - just obvious extentions of the titles for each section. There was no support response from multiple attempts to elicit info about bugs or to merely understand how a feature should work.
> 
> The application feels like it's the first release, not tested and then ignored. I'd be surprised if it's still in business by year end. It's a shame, as there's not much on offer for self managed land lords in that price range.
