AppsFlyer is a cloud-based mobile attribution and marketing analytics platform which assists app marketers with campaign management and conversion tracking. Its key features include customer journey mapping, attribution modeling, audience segmentation, social media metrics and retention tracking.
The application comes with a module which enables teams to attribute app installs to particular marketing campaigns and media sources. Marketers can use the granular dashboards to attribute source network or channel, ad type, ad group and creatives for users. AppsFlyer provides dynamic cohort and retention reports and allows marketing teams to filter data and compare user behavior and performance. A flexible grouping tool lets team members examine trends specific to users who engaged with the app via the same ad, campaign, media source or country.
AppsFlyer includes a centralized dashboard which allows managers to search, build and manage audiences. It lets staff split audiences to run A/B tests and analyze different partners, bidding types, creatives, message types and more.

Appsflyer offers so many features through its easy to use User Interface and there is no learning curve to get familiar with the platform. We use Appsflyer on a daily basis to monitor campaign performance of various media sources and identifying sources which contribute the most towards fraud traffic.
Pros
Appsflyer covers all the aspects that one might need during analysis of media sources for various acquisition as well as reengagement campaigns. Exporting in app events to media sources and deciding on access levels for integrated partners helps us keep all the control. Audience creation and exporting these audiences to ad platforms is pretty easy and custom dashboards help us in monitoring goals and metrics as per our requirement. Overall I'm very satisfied with Appsflyer.
Cons
Appsflyer is only helpful for app analytics and attribution and we still have to rely on other tools like GA and Mixpanel for web analytics. If appsflyer could also add web analytics to its offerings then it would become a one stop solution for analytic needs.

I've been using Appsflyer since the beginning of my career journey, from Dynata to adParagon. I've noticed that it has advanced significantly since I started using it. What I really love about Appsflyer is that it's the only Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) that provides knowledge base and courses. These resources not only help me navigate the platform, but also understand the broader mobile marketing landscape.
Pros
What I like most about Appsflyer are: the functionality of the platform, customer support, the learning and knowledge base, reporting, overall performance, and user-friendliness in accessing different functions, especially working as an advertiser and publisher
Cons
Not much likely, but I find it difficult to analyze as I sometimes get lost while navigating the platform. I have noticed significant updates on the platform, which is good, but I am still adapting to where to function.

This software should be great at what it does, but so many features are hidden in order to get you to contact there sales so a price can be negotiated. It'd be great if they could have transparent pricing.

If I talk about Overall Experience, then I can say it's quite good experience with new platform like Appsflyer as it has alot of features which can make me knowledgable towards performance and advertising industry.
Pros
Its been a lot of things which i like in Appsflyer ,
1. We can check regular performance of our running campaign.
2. Can done regular optimization
3. Can import/export raw data to check complete performance of any campaigns.
Cons
There's very few things which i don't like in Appsflyer.
1. Some times click filtering issue occurs due to new updated things on Appsflyer which affect our daily campaigns.
2. no other things yet.

Overall, i love to use Appsflyer. I just want Appsflyer considering my review and upgrade the custom report, allow me to do more than now (even with color, type of graph, type of line,...)
Pros
- Clear UI: i can easily see and analyze data that important to our campaign performance. therefore, if i want to load a huge amount of data, appsflyer tend to be slower and start lagging. But overall, Appsflyer has a good UI design for user.
- Have useful metrics for marketer, very good at combining game data, simple setup: as a marketer who doesn't know and also doesn't want to work with difficult data setup, appsflyer helps me a lot in data pull setup as I only need some simple steps (which already have guide on appsflyer website). Basic marketing metrics are pretty clear and useful, i don't have to create new custom metrics.
- Responsive and helpful assistant: our assisant, mrs [sensitive content hidden] is very helpful and informative. She helps us a lot on the journey of using Appsflyer as a MMP
Cons
- Hard to custom report: actually, I'm a person who very into create graph with every single metrics. Therefore, Appsflyer doesn't allow me to create graph with some metrics that i want, for example D0 ROAS, D1,2,3 retention rate.
- Can't check revenue source
