This process has made it much more streamlined for both the applicant \& the reviewer. It still takes a lot of work on the back end to follow through with students that have either answered questions incorrectly or not completed the required questions thereby disqualifying from being considered for a particular opportunity. Also while I know this system was started as a opportunity based system, it would be helpful to be able to have a bit more reporting functionality from the applicant side of the system. I have students that are applying multiple years \& would love to be able to sort/filter their applications. I think the BEST part about your system, is the responsiveness from your team.
