Once you learn the system it is fairly easy to use. Cons: Oh so many cons... -customer service is almost non-exsistent. It's literally a "hit or miss" when you open a "help" ticket as to if they will respond and/resolve the problem. And don't even think there will be any follow up after the initial response. You have to open a new "help" ticket for any follow up -super, super slow many times throughout the day. So frustrating\!\!\!\! -recent raised their monthly rates 12 dollars without any obvious improviements. -inability to edit pre-made forms to suit your needs I could offer more but I think you "get the picture." I will be searching for a new service as the increase is not worth the service offered.
