Also, the IRM is very basic. Also many features are available is additional modules with additional purchase expenses and annual support fees. There are a lot of features and it can be customized to fit most of your needs if you are in the industry. Sometimes it can be challenging to figure out how to do something simple in the system. It is not very intuitive or user friendly. But once it is fully set up and customized, screens can be limited for the front desk so they don't get overwhelmed.
