Globalement, je suis très satisfaite : le logiciel me fait gagner un temps précieux et il est très apprécié par les salariés. Le service support est toujours réactif en cas de besoin, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent
Pros
L’interface est vraiment agréable et simple à prendre en main. On y retrouve tout ce dont on a besoin au quotidien : communication interne, organigrammes, notes de frais, signatures électroniques, évaluations, enquêtes, congés, modèles de documents… Tout est centralisé dans un seul espace, ce qui évite les erreurs et fait gagner du temps. J’apprécie particulièrement les workflows, qui déclenchent des rappels et automatisent certaines tâches sans que j’aie à y penser.
Cons
La partie Paie pourrait être optimisée : l’extraction des données n’est pas totalement adaptée à nos besoins. Nous devons souvent compiler plusieurs fichiers Excel, ce qui n’est pas très pratique.

The ease of use, is a very intuitive and easy to use tool.
Cons
Internal candidates can not see the internal offers that are published. The only possibility that they see the offers is if we send them by email

Realmente todo, ha sido una herramienta que ha optimizado nuestro trabajo y ha cambiado al cultura de nuestra organización.
Cons
Hasta el momento no ha habido algo marcado que no me guste, lo único sería si pudieran dejar para editar algunos términos en la plataforma, para que se acomoden ala manera como hablamos o nos expresamos en Colombia.

Desde mi experiencia con Bizneo, destaco especialmente la excelencia del soporte comercial y técnico que acompaña a la herramienta. La plataforma cuenta con una interfaz intuitiva y amigable que facilita la interacción del usuario: de un solo vistazo es posible consultar el tablón de anuncios, gestionar vacaciones, visualizar ausencias del equipo, revisar notificaciones y acceder a una vista completa de los principales elementos de gestión individual.
Como Directora del área de Personas, valoro muy positivamente la variedad de funcionalidades que agilizan y profesionalizan el trabajo del departamento. La herramienta ofrece múltiples opciones que simplifican procesos clave, y seguimos trabajando conjuntamente para continuar mejorando y desarrollando aquellos aspectos que aún están en evolución y que, sin duda, contribuirán a consolidar un ecosistema aún más robusto.
Cons
Existen varias áreas en las que aún es necesario avanzar y que espero ya se encuentran en proceso de desarrollo. En primer lugar, el organigrama actual no resulta intuitivo ni responde a la funcionalidad estándar que necesitamos en Recursos Humanos. La visualización ofrecida es un flujo de autorizaciones que no un organigrama corporativo, lo que dificulta su uso como representación estructural de la compañía y complica su manejo en el día a día.
Por otro lado, el módulo de notas de gastos también requiere mejoras para ganar agilidad y simplicidad. Una experiencia más fluida en su uso contribuiría a que tanto empleados como responsables puedan gestionarlas de forma más eficiente.
