Quello che apprezza ogni azienda e ogni HR è la gestione dei tempi e del calendario: è chiaro e permette di vedere in un attimo chi è in ufficio, chi è assente e chi lavora da casa. Per una PMI è una soluzione con un rapporto qualità-prezzo giusto. C'è tutto per organizzare ogni aspetto del ciclo della vita di un dipendente, dal coinvolgimento (sondaggi in-house) alla crescita personale (feedback e formazione). Un altro punto di forza è l'assistenza iniziale (onboarding): ti spiegano tutto in modo chiaro e, anche se avevo già esperienza con altri gestionali, mi hanno aiutato a capire come navigare su Bizneo, cercando soluzioni adatte alle nostre esigenze.

> **Cons**: Sebbene la UX sia ottima, l'interfaccia grafica (UI) risulta per molti utenti un po' meno moderna (non un elemento critico ovviamente). Per i sondaggi, ci piacerebbe avere più libertà e magari dei modelli già pronti, scritti dall'IA o basati su esempi tipici, per non dover inventare tutto da zero. La parte del onboarding del personale potrebbe essere più articolata.

> Nel complesso il mio voto è 5 stelle. È un software solido che ci aiuta a tenere tutto in ordine, dalle assene/presenze e smart working alla parte di coinvolgimento e crescita personale, in un unico posto (usiamo tutti i moduli tranne quello per la ricerca del personale). Anche se ci sono cose da migliorare per renderlo ancora più moderno e flessibile resta un ottimo strumento.
