ISL Online is a remote support software that empowers you to offer fast remote assistance. You can access and control attended or unattended computers (Windows, Mac or Linux) in seconds from any computer or mobile device and provide technical support to mobile device users. I recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the expensive remote connect apps. I used many other remote connection software and did extensive research, and I think this is the top one.
Pros
My experience with ISL Light has been great, especially in terms of its performance and reliability during remote sessions. The speed and stability of the connection were top-notch, allowing me to connect to our computers in distant administrative campuses. Being able to use it on various devices made my work much more convenient. ISL Light's robust features and smooth operation are what I liked most about it.
Cons
I think the design can be improved and there are some ways to be a little more friendlier.

Brilliant, we've been with them for 4-5 years now after switching from Log me in as they put their prices up just as we expanded our team, ISL were great to deal with.
Pros
Its very easy to use, quick to connect to users machines and never seems to freeze or have connection issues, which is vital to our business
Cons
There is nothing to dislike about ISL. They contact us in good time about our renewals, the comms are really friendly and they are just a nice company to do business with

Pros
Easy to use, light, fast, easy to install. Does not consume much of PC resources.
Cons
I am completely happy about the app. Do not remember any bad experience.

Pros
ISL is fast and responsive to remote onto client machines. Easy to add unattended machines and share access internally.
Cons
ISL is lacking some features of higher-profile remote tools such as NinjaRMM or N-ABLE RMM. However this can be overlooked with the price and value for money.
