Also, the integrated texting feature makes it easy to communicate with applicants regarding application status, or to schedule interviews. Fountain also allows for the inclusion of video response questions, so I can get a sense of the applicant before arranging for further interviews. > > **Cons**: My one major complaint is that documents uploaded in fountain do not always transfer successfully into our internal system.
