Check what employees are looking at online by capturing real-time or recorded desktop screenshots. Web filtering tools enable users to create their own web filtering policy, and decide which websites to block, as well as how much free time to allow employees to go on the internet per day. Reduce data leaks by enabling users to capture and save any email message sent or received through Gmail, Outlook, and more, with Work Examiner’s email recording tool. Keylogging capabilities allow users to capture and record every keystroke pressed by an employee, to search and see what has been typed in an IM chat, website, webmail or MS Word document. ## Quick Stats & Ratings | Metric | Rating | Detail | | **Overall** | **4.9/5** | 72 Reviews | | Ease of Use | 4.8/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Customer Support | 4.8/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Value for Money | 4.8/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Features | 4.7/5 | Based on overall reviews | | Recommendation percentage | 90% | (9/10 Likelihood to recommend) | ## About the vendor - **Company**: EfficientLab - **Location**: Miami, US - **Founded**: 2005 ## Commercial Context - **Starting Price**: US$7.99 - **Pricing model**: Per User (Free Trial) - **Pricing Details**: Controlio is subscription-based web platform (can be delivered on-premises for 10+ users).
