What is Advize?

Advize is a cloud-based customer feedback analysis solution which allows users to combine voice of the customer (VoC) feedback from across the customer journey, identify themes and sentiments, and combine reach, loyalty, sentiment, and satisfaction scores to prioritize impact drivers and personalize customer experiences. Advize utilizes custom-trained models to surface sentiment and themes from qualitative customer feedback data, allowing users to identify what is important to their customers, what they want, and why, without needing to manually read all feedback. Pros

I love how easy it is to capture selections from text, and annotate. That is so helpful for gathering useful information from unstructured data.

Cons

I wish that Advize would automatically import review data from the App Store and Play Store for us, so we could easily analyze that alongside our other data.
